Here's the Cesar ingredients - all the meats are by-products (what is left over and not fit for human consumption). I would not suggest you discontinue the Cesar right away even if it is junk. For a short time it's not going to hurt the puppy and it's more important that the puppy is eating. Changing homes is already stressful enough without changing the diet. Go ahead and buy a quality small kibble dry food and leave a bowl out and offer her that more as a treat than a meal and eventually get her on only the dry food.
