Anethesia will make them very nauseous. Thats why they ask you not to give food or water after 10 pm the night before surgery. Just make sure she stays hydrated, you can give her some pedialyte with a syringe if she won't drink it. Keep in contact with your vet, and I'm sure she will get past it soon. I know when I was put to sleep to have minor surgery once, I was violently sick for two days post surgery. Ugggg, I'll never forget THAT. Hope your girl recovers soon. Best wishes!
