I free feed Sebastian Chicken Soup for the Puppy Lovers Soul. Even though I free feed him, I have noticed he has put himself on a schedule. I put the food down about 6 am. He eats. Won't touch another bite until I get home from work. I leave it there just in case he gets hungry but he never eats while I am not home. When I get home, he is not ready to eat until about 6 or 7. Works for me because sometimes I don't get home until close till eight and I feel better knowing he has something to eat if I know I will be late. Another good thing about Seb is that he won't poo until I get home either. So if he does eat while I am not at home, he has learned to hold his poo. The pee thing is another story..
