My little girl was Vet checked yesterday and is in perfect health, but I feel betrayed and taken advantaged of. I love this little girl and will keep her. I'm looking at my papers now and I have the same situation as the OP. She said she had bought my little girl & her sister from her friend to breed but she turned out too small. She brought me out a Yorkie she claimed to be her sister which was much larger. The name of the breeder is Kelly Touchet. Her address is whited out. Does anyone know where this breeder is from? She just whited out the New Owners Information and put my information it. She did not white out the date of transfer so it looks like I purchased this Yorkie directly from the breeder. I'm too trusting. I want to cry.

Mary, at least look on the bright side, your puppy is healthy, and right now that's all that matters. We all get scammed at one time or another, just be grateful your baby came out of it healthy so far. To the original poster, if I were you, I would NOT take this lightly, I'm serious. Fraud is a serious offense and don't just threaten to sue her, DO IT! People like that deserve to be taught a lesson. You not only deserve a refund for the puppy but also for any medical bills you incurred with this sick puppy. I have no doubt you love your puppy, and if not for anything, you should do it for her.
