I've seen a hawk in my neighborhood (we have a few) swoop down and scoop up a rabbit that was about Google's size, and last summer, I had Google in his playyard next to my pool while I was in the pool; the hawks started circling and screeching so I grabbed Google and ran into the house.

There are so many things outside--wild animals, heat & cold, sun, KIDS that might be mean to your dog, adults that might try to steal your dog, not to mention your dog digging under the fence and getting loose--it would be very dangerous to leave a Yorkie unsupervised outside.

I work at night so when I go to work Google has free run of the house, the family is there to watch him; he usually winds up spending time sleeping on my side of the bed next to my husband!
