I think people actually make more reference to size than the ears up/down issue. I don't know, maybe it's because people think they can control that factor? Although I do remember someone a while back wanting tips on how to keep their yorkie small
I like to be optimistic and think that people just talk about these things out of curiosity.. Just like how you don't know what sex or eye color your skinbaby would be. I think these people love their dogs just as much.
