We've talked about this before on here and if you do a search, you can read the whole thread. I don't believe it. Muffin loved to bark. She was wilder and Kacee is not a barker at all and is very laid back. Now, tell me what that says about her owner?
Actually, I think sometimes that the more laid back a puppy among its litter is, then that might be a clue. I say MIGHT. I'm still not totally convinced of that, either.
I think training for most of them and socialization is what will keep you from having a barker.
