I also have a 4 month old male yorkie. One of his testicles hasn't dropped yet. The vet keeps monitoring it whenever I take him in for his shots. Last time she said "I still don't feel it, but he's still got a couple months until we have to be worried." I don't know an exact age, but based on what my vet is telling us, you're still fine for now.
