I hope Chloe feels better quick! It is possible that it's an infection rather than mites...or maybe you got some water in her ear when she had her bath. Maddie's ears used to have a smell to them and she scratched them a lot, and I asked the vet about it and they were clear of mites or infection. He said to take a cotton ball with some rubbing alcohol on it and clean the ear every now and then. It seemed to be more of a problem when she was young...lately I haven't noticed anything. Anyway, I hope little Chloe turns out okay and the vet visit will help her! |
