We use belly bands with disposable pads in them. We buy the Poise pads for adults as he is a HUGE marker. You can get anything from the cheap maxi pads at the dollar store or ones like we get, there is a large variety and range to choose from.

There are several people on here that make and sell belly bands and there are a few threads about this issue that are current too.

Oops just read that he doesn't walk - the above will not help with the poop issue, but I am unsure how to advise you on that. I am sure some other more experienced people will have more answers for you.
