Use a MILD dog shampoo, and let it sit on her skin for at least 5 minutes, slather it on thick, pick the dead ones off as you see them. This typically suffocates them and kills them. THEN you have the bigger problem, you probably have them all over your house, and need to treat that, and she will need something to prevent her from getting them again. I like Frontline SPRAY (not topspot) if she is over 2 lbs.

I'm a little leary of the normal vet recommendations (k9advantix and the other) and would like to try things the natural way first. Anything would be helpful as she is scratching herself like crazy at night and thus keeping me awake all night as she lays next to me.
