Use a MILD dog shampoo, and let it sit on her skin for at least 5 minutes, slather it on thick, pick the dead ones off as you see them. This typically suffocates them and kills them. THEN you have the bigger problem, you probably have them all over your house, and need to treat that, and she will need something to prevent her from getting them again. I like Frontline SPRAY (not topspot) if she is over 2 lbs.
