Bless her heart! I'm sure its so hard to see her suffer like that. It may be ear mites or it could even be an ear infection. Some dogs are succeptible to them. I can't think of anything you can do to get her through till you are able to see the vet, maybe someone else has ideas?? In either case you'll need some medication from the vet. I wouldn't try to treat it yourself. I hope she's able to rest tonight. Bo sends puppy kisses!
