Does Joy Dishwashing liquid happen to work for killing fleas. My 11 week old puppy who weighs 2 lbs has fleas. I'm a little leary of the normal vet recommendations (k9advantix and the other) and would like to try things the natural way first. Anything would be helpful as she is scratching herself like crazy at night and thus keeping me awake all night as she lays next to me.
