I was doing a quick check & I am very suprised where some of the foods I thought were good are acually not. Like corn flakes, puffed rice cereal, & parsnips are just like eating a bowl of sugar

.And macaroni, which we are told is bad, is actually pretty good ( if you eat the right portion

).I am really surprised that a Snickers is considered alright to eat( of course that's only once in a while).
