I have a female that is due in about 1 and 1/2 weeks. She has had diarrhea for a couple of weeks now. We have tried puppy food, rice and fried eggs and a special canned food from the vet's office (they put her on Hill's id which also makes Science Diet). She is healthy and still gaining weight. She does not appear sick and is happy go lucky but because of the diarrhea, she has to be in a play pen as I made the mistake of letting her out and I ended up spending plenty of time scrubbing my carpet on my hands and knees. And the smell........ OMG!!!
Has anyone ever used cottage cheese or yogurt to help with loose stools?? OR do you have other suggestions for loose stools? Any suggestions would be helpful.
