I would call the vet. Timmy use to vomit bile almost every morning and someone from YT recommended to feed him a little something before bedtime. I started doing that and no more vomit until yesterday he threw up again. I noticed that when he's on a empty stomach for more than 8 hrs he will vomit bile.
