I'm about to start leaving the harnesses on all day. Were going to be doing construction on our house and I am having NIGHTMARES about Kona and Bernie getting out without their tags on. I also have collars (I've never used them) to put the tags on, but after hearing about your friend I think I'll just leave the harness on.
