Its just awful, i too cant understand how it happened? were the parents not watching their baby, where were the dogs owners? there isnt much on the news yet as it only happened today, but i guess tomorrow there will be more to this story.
The baby dies, the 2 dogs were put to sleep, so the parents have lost their babies, dogs owner included, why on earth were they so careless?
