All my pups have gone through this stage (teething) and wanting to chew on me constantly. But - I have never allowed it. I know it's hard to keep them from doing it - but it is temporary - and I won the war.

I would feed them - throw them toys - sit on the sofa and cover myself with a blanket so they couldn't get to me - and distract them in everyway possible. It was a lot of constant work for a while - but before long, they quit and were off to do other things.

Puppy bites (sharp little teeth) hurt a lot - don't you agree! And - there just is no way I'm going to let a cute little dog chew on me....or anyone else.

And - this certainly isn't an act of aggression when they are teething. They're teeth are bother time and chewing helps their teeth come through and helps them feel better.
