I would think the midnight vomiting is because she has bile in her stomach from not eating enough. Yorkies don't eat that much, but definitely more than a few pebbles. Try putting a quality dry puppy food in a blender and turning it into a powder, add a little canned and very warm water and make a gruel and feed her 4 times a day. Continue to leave out the dry and water. No treats, but if you have to entice her to eat feed boiled chicken and cooked white rice, but try the wet dog food first.

If she is not eating then she definitely needs to be supplemented with Nutrical or Nutristat (mine prefer the taste of this one and it's a dollar or so cheaper). It's a high calorie food supplement, will prevent hypoglycemia, and also has B vitamins which will stimulate her appetite. The deep sleep you are describing is probably related to low blood sugar (hypoglycemia) and is life threatening if left untreated.

If you get her eating properly and the vomiting continues then a vet appointment is necessary. Vomiting or diarrhea in a small puppy can cause dehydration very quickly and shouldn't be considered normal under any circumstances.
