OMG!!! You look fantastic!! Now you are defintely an inspiration!! What kind recipes did you use and what kind of excercise plan did use? I need to lose at least 50 to 60 pounds because my knees are shot(barley any cartilage) and man can I feel it. I tried the south beach diet and did good on it, but if you dont stick to it you will gain it back and I need to make foods that my husband and 4 kids will also enjoy. I tried that trim spa for a month and I wont waste my money on that garbage ever again.
