Libby and pups are doing great! I have finally gotten into a good rhythm to get her to eat. In the morning when she is really hungry she will take her dry puppy food. NOT out of the bowl! Only from my hand. The rest of the day she gets turkey breast or boiled chicken (she refuses the rice) every 4 hours or so. I also offer her Esbilac.

We are at Day # 6 and all pups have almost doubled their birth weight. They look great and healthy. Tails and dew claws done Wednesday. They cried! The boy is the biggest. He was an amazing 9.6 oz yesterday. I finally got 6 whole hours of sleep last night and feel tons better! I have been sleeping on the couch with the whelping box right next to me. Libby gets frustrated when they get spread out in the box so I line everybody up for feedings.
