 Today's another day
It seems the building is insured but the Body & Fender man's personal tools are not! And we're talking many thousands of dollars worth of tools. He's been a Body & Fender man for over 30 years. He's really great at his job & can get a job anywhere.
BUT...you can't be a Body & Fender man without tools. So we just have to wait & see. I've been wide awake since 5am. I've got too much on my mind.
On a better note...Riley seems to be doing well since her operation. I bought her a new plastic carrier. It's the same XS size as the old one but this one has wire door at the top as well as in the front. I can lower her into the carrier without hurting her leg. And I'm able to see her through the wire too. I also bought a canvas foldable carrier for upstairs (since she's not allowed to run around). |
