Hi, and welcome to Yorkie Talk. If your yorkie is throwing up she needs to go to the vet. I'm sorry you say you can't go til the week after next, I don't know if this is money related, if it is you can try calling around town asking how much the office visit will cost. And if they'll work with you. I'm sure you'll do your best to get her in to see the vet.

You said she's not eating much either. Yorkie's are very small and have hypoglycemic tendencies, this is low blood sugars essentially. You should have nutrical (at a pet store) on hand, to bring her sugar back up if she's lethargic, wobbling, haven't eaten in a very long while. This comes in a tube, you can give her a pea size or more (not way too much) it will stimulate their appetite) If your not near a pet store, try karo syrup to stimulate her appetite. She needs to eat and she's adjusting to the change also which may be why she's not eating (don't know about the vomiting) you can try wet dog food to tempt her. Good luck to you.
