 Halloween costume question
So I finally figured out an excuse to dress Howie up for Halloween!! I'm taking a co-worker's 4 year old son out trick or treating! It should be so much fun. But here's my question - I found the costume I want but I'm not sure how to get a leash attached to it. There doesn't seem to be a D-ring on there and it would ruin the costume to have to put a harness over it. Your suggestions are greatly appreciated!!!
