Default Uterine Intertia

I'm thinking to take Tiah to the vet even though she seems fine. She is just so huge and I am concerned about Uterine Inertia. She ate some of her breakfast, her eyes are bright and shiny, her walk/trot is still nice and energetic, her personality is great.....but, she looks ready to pop. With uterine inertia, all can seem well and fine when it is not. She has never had a problem in the past, but then again, she has NEVER been this huge, which is what could cause the inertia. Oh boy......anybody want to put their 2 cents in?
