He could definately be trying to get in bed with you.

He could also definately need to go. Loki is almost 2 and still sometimes needs an early morning potty break, a drink and even sometimes an early breakfast, but he is always quick to hurry back to snuggle. I figure I wake up at least once in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom, why shouldn't he? We both have something wrong with our bladders anyway

We started letting Loki sleep with us around that age - once he was reliable enough to wake us up to let us know he needed to go out (he would sit by the door and whine or *stand* on my head - good thing he's cute). Maybe you should try one night and see how it goes!
