Man, I can only imagine the smell! As others have said, I've heard tomato juice works good at neutralizing the smell. As for under your bed, maybe contact a carpet cleaning service and ask for recommendations on removing the odor (or contact a carpet business - one who sells carpets) if the links don't help. Good luck and let us know what you find that works just in case it happens to one of us here.
