Awh I think it is so sweet that you are concerned.
I work full time too and my hubby is self employed so he gets to work out of the house some during the day. The puppies get to see him more since he is in and out but they know that when I come home that I am the mommy. I think it just has to do with who is going to be giving them the most love and things they need. For instance I feed them, love them, bath them, play with them and hubby just plays and loves. It is funny but they know I am the mommy and they get so much more excited when I come home than when he does.
Baby Max will learn - he is still young.
