Several years ago when we were away and my brother-in-law was watching the children and dogs a skunk sprayed our dogs. He called the vet's office and was told to bathe the dogs in tomato juice. He went to the store and bought the juice and bathed them several times. It did help to neutralize the horrible odor but everytime they got wet afterward there was still a lingering odor of skunk.
As far as for the area under your bed I have no idea. If the links provided by other readers don't work I would try calling a commercial company like Servicemaster and ask what they recommend.
