I'm glad things turned out ok. I was going to post that my husband had a similar experience with Best Buy...it took sooo much longer than they thought to install something. Guys don't realize that if they're going to be running late(especially if the store has closed) CALL HOME. After 15 years of marriage I'm finally getting that through to my husband but he'll still slip up now and then.
