Your little yorkie is quite adorable.
If you have a Dell computer, you should have Jasc animation software already on it. There used to be a site that offered a free download of PSP7 animation software. I checked their page, but now it says they had to quit offering it free since Corel took over. It says to keep checking back. Photoshop has a program for that, too.
