At what age should I worm my yorkie? When we first got her a vet gave us a heartworm pill to give to her and she od'ed and almost died so I am paranoid about when to give it to her. I want her to be protected but I don't want to harm her the way she was harmed before. She is 4 and a half months old and I'm wondering for both heartworm and regular worms. THanks.
