WELL... guess im going to have to go to court...the mom said her husband doesnt think it's fair and very nice to make them pay for 2 weeks of daycare and if if I have a problem with it than i can talk to him. LOLOL I said ok..have him call ill be here and ill tell him the exact thing i just told you. I will go up and file my papers tomorrow and instead of 210.00 plus court cost you will owe 315.00 plus court cost. I said if you think im backing down because you choose not to pay your bills or give somebody notice than your dead wrong. SHE actually says" well, we had to find another babysitter last week"..I said "whats that have to do woth ANYTHING. I told you you could bring him back on Thursday for one and you said no and than didnt even have the gall to tell me hes not coming back?? i said you would have had to pay for daycare either way..I also said since you were going to pay it the last itme i talked to you on Tuesday i wasnt going to charge you a 5.00 a day late fee OR my weeks vacation but I am now. Im charging it all...I said ill just count last week as my PAID vacation and youll pay that too. I said I have a signed contract by You agreeing to all these things. Its a legal document and it will stand up in court.".. and she hung up on me! LOLOL
