Mine are so smart, even when I spell the word w-a-l-k they know what it means. Now when I ask my hubby if he wants to go wiith us for a walk I have to say "hey, do you wanna know what"? Luckily my hubby knows I mean " do you want to take the boys for a walk" haha.

Good luck on taming the excitment level, I have not been able to tone my boys excitement down at all. Someone said to use penny's in a soda can, when you shake it it makes them stop whatever they are doing, maybe I will try that.
