Poochie bells. You have to be patient with puppies and let them go through a short stage where they will ring, ring, ring it. But if mine wants outside just to play, that's alright. I know she likes the nice weather and enjoys being outside. She doesn't ring it except when she wants to go out to play or to go potty now.
