My question is this: For those of you who put their Yorkie’s hair up in top knots how often do you take them out? I have been taking it out at night and letting her sleep with her hair down just because I know how I am with a pony tail and I start to get a headache if my hair is up too long. I am probably putting too much thought into this huh?

Also her hair is very thin up there - so you think it is due to her hair being brushed and pulled up too much? Thanks for the help.

Caren, Annika's hair is so fine that it gets matted easily if I leave the hair tied for more than a day. Most of the time her hair is down. I only get it up when we go out or for a photo shoot

She also does not have much hair on her head so maybe it is normal
