I have my scrappy trained to both he goes out side and on his wee wee pads he just sits and stares at me and i ask him if he wants to go out side then he starts to jump up and down and starts to bark at me ( like hes telling me hes got to go potty) , and if we are not home and he needs to go potty he goes to his pad.
