I have potty trained Maggie outside for the past 4 weeks. She is now 12 weeks old. She hasn't had an accident in the house for over a week. The way you are doing it, is exactly the way I'm training. I did however hang a bell on the back door. We are working on her ringing the bell if she needs to do her business. Right now all she does is sit at the door, very quiet. Hopefully somebody is close by to see her. I had read that if you take their paw and ring the bell while you are asking them if they need to go outside, it will work. |
