I would never use PETCO. (Fremont) I had a really bad experience there, where the assistant groomer was not trained properly. She actually let my Yorkie, Buddy, jump off the groomers table. When this happened, he yelped, and limped. She then proceeded to yell at me, as if it was my fault.

I use Bogies in Fremont, and I really like them. They get the dogs in and out, within an 1 1/2 hours. I like that because my Brina is a really uptight Yorkie, so it keeps her stress level down.
