This is my personal opinion and others will not agree, but if it was MY dog and she had to have a c-section to deliver, not only would I NOT breed her again, but I would have them spay her at the time of the c-section. That is just how I feel. I know if one of mine had to have a c-section, no matter the circumstances, I would never put them through that again.
As I said, JMO.=)
