 she's pretty much back to normal!
thanks everyone for your concern. i can always count on the yt-ers to reassure me!
she's doing MUCH better, and this morning i got up, took her out, brought her in, and she was back to chasing the cat and re-killing her rubber chicken (which is kind of a ritual for her every day).
i guess it does take a while for some dogs! my boyfriend's dog who is a beagle mix was up and running within the hour, i guess i shouldn't have used him as a measuring stick for how my lexy would react to surgery!
