OK, Howie is 6 months old and getting neutered October 6th. I know he knows the appropriate place to potty (puppy pads), but has decided that he would much rather go all over my carpet. I posted about this before and most said that it is probably him marking and suggested belly bands.
I'm new to having a dog and have NO CLUE how to use a belly band! I know that you put it around his midsection so he can't go potty all over the place, but how often do you take it off? Do you just use it as a diaper and change it when he goes? I'm so confused about all of this!!!
