Omg please dont leave a Yorkie outside alone! I dont know about where you live, but we have Hawks that fly around and the swoop down and pick up small animals and there is nothing you can do about it. I would be just sick if something like that happened to my baby, I'm ALWAYS outside with her when she is outdoors, IMO no Yorkie or small dog should be left on a chain while not attended to.
Buy a Ex-pen or crate, it would be much safer for the baby while your gone.
PLEASE do your research before you buy a Yorkie, these small dogs take A LOT of care and time.
