I have done vaccinations myself as well, and just like adinasmommy .. i gave the shot on the neck it didnt seem to bother the dogs at all.... but the dogs i gave vaccines too were bigger and had more fat in the neck.... a yorkie is all skin and bones... do you think in bothers them that there is not fat where you put the vaccine? i dunno, just curious myself
