 Yorkies and hot weather
I read that yorkies do bettter in the cold than in the heat. I have noticed this, because I live in Texas. I want to take Tinker to the lake, but am worried about her over heating. I have a life jacket for her and was thinking that I could keep that wet and it would keep her coo, or I could just dunk her in the water ever once in awhile =). I also wanted to know if they sunburn. Her hair isn't very thick and it parts down the middle of her back, and I am worried that her poor little skin will get sunburned. I really want to take her with me, but I am worried about how she would do. If anyone has any advice I would really really appreciate it. Thanks. |
