have you tried a hot oil treatment? I warm jojoba oil mixed with carrot oil a ziploc baggie in some warm water, i apply to wet coat (before shampooing) i let it sit on coat for 1-3 min. depending on how dry the skin is and then i shampoo out i do this once a week
