Assuming this is your first litter, and you are not familiar with the use of Oxytocin then yes, that would be your best bet if you need it. Calsorb can be ordered from just about any vet supply, it is used 1. to help contractions along or 2. after birth if bitch is low on calcium...if she is showing signs of eclampisa, however, you need to get her to the vet in a hurry for a shot of calcium of you don't already have this on hand and know how to use it. Dopram is also from your vet, and it is used to help get puppies breathing if you have one that is gasping and would otherwise fade quickly. it is a shot given under the tongue.

My best piece of advise is don't let the bitch do everything herself, ASSIST as much as she will let you.
