For Halloween? Isn't it cute.. I am making harness vests now. I have several different fabrics to choose from. These are handmade by me and i make them as orders come in. The only difference in mine is that they are SNAPPED. I use a snap for the neck and than 2 heavy duty snaps for the belly. These are so nice. Dont have to listen to that velcro coming apart. If you would like one they are $12.00 each that includes shipping. If you want velcro I will do velcro if you really want it. I think these snaps are great though!
