I just put towels in Diamond's crate at night, she will poop in there from time to time. I notice she gets better as she is older...she is 8 months now and she will still have accidents from time to time.

I also heard that they should not have a lot of room where they sleep. They should only have room to sit up, stand up, and lay down. If they have more room, they will be tempted to go since they can lay AWAY from it. Maybe you could try putting a small towel in there or putting up some sort of separation thing like a wall of some sort so it's not as big?
